Clearance Sale For Ball Transfer units
Haydock Casters announces a Clearance Sale for BTU’s (Ball Transfer Units). The load rating for a single unit is 300 lbs. and the main ball, as well as the support balls are made of stainless steel. Haydock Casters Introduces a New 3” Twin Wheel Caster
Haydock Casters offers a new dark gray tread light gray hub twin wheel caster that is applicable for medical applications (non-magnetic). All the components are made of stainless steel and it is currently available with 7/16” x 7/8” friction ring stem assembly. Dynamic load capacity is 175 lbs. and there is a brake version available. Haydock Casters Announces a 2” Dual Polyurethane Wheel Caster With a Side Pinch Brake
Haydock Casters has a new customer that is buying a 2” polyurethane dual wheel plate caster with a side pinch brake. This is a new product for Haydock because of the wheel choice and the fact that it has a side pinch brake. This is a very versatile caster that can be used in low profile applications where a high load rating and non-marking wheels are needed such as display stands and racks, laboratory tables, shop and gymnasium equipment. These casters can be used in applications where in the past; only a thumbscrew brake was available. The dual wheels with their independent movement maneuver easier than a single wheel. Haydock Casters Is Partnering To Make New Vacuum Cleaners
Haydock Casters has been selected to provide casters for a new manufacturer of vacuum cleaners. This new unit is capable of using HEPA filtration and serves a specific application where the best cleaning possible is necessary. This new machine is compact and durable and it required a caster that would stand up to constant usage. We matched the color of the canister for a better-looking machine. Threaded Brackets Are Now Available
There are applications out there where a bracket, either an 1800 or a 900 bracket is needed. Up until now your stem choice has been friction ring. Haydock Casters announces that we have a bracket available that will take a ½” – 13 threaded stem. These brackets can be attached using a rivet, bolt, or can even be welded. The biggest advantage of these brackets is that it removes the inconsistency of the friction ring stem meaning that the caster will fit each and every time and won’t fall out of the bracket. Spring Loaded Rolling Star Casters
Have you ever seen something move and couldn’t figure out how it happened? With Rolling Star Casters it can be done. A very large manufacturer of office furniture decided they wanted their tables to be mobile, but they didn’t want the casters to be seen. Haydock Casters recommended a spring-loaded Rolling Star Caster to fill their need. The Rolling Star is a low profile cylindrical ball caster that is ideal for this application. Small holes were drilled into the base of the table to hide the casters and after they were inserted, the table was able to move. ER Wagner Haydock Casters “Ro-To Fix” Caster Is Featured In a “Low Profile” Solution
Challenged by the need to produce a “Low Profile” caster for a hot application, a prominent Midwest consulting firm contacted ER Wagner Haydock Casters for help. Dealing with a unique HVAC application for the consumer marketplace, this consulting firm turned to the ER Wagner Haydock Casters tech support group for solutions. 2007 National Sales Meeting
E.R. Wagner Haydock Business Unit concluded their 2007 National Sales Meeting, which ran June 3-5 at the Lake Lawn Lodge Resort in Delavan, WI. Fifteen Rep Organizations totaling 25 sales agents attended the meeting and were introduced to various new products received training and were rewarded for sales figures from the year 2006. There were 2 Agencies that achieved the Million Dollar Club plateau. They were T.R. Smith Company and Jack D. Hahn Inc.

Haydock Casters Business Group is proud at announce the addition of Strut-Mount Casters. These casters are used to mobilize equipment built with strut channel. The casters have a specially designed polypropylene stem that slides into 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" 12 or 14 gauge slotted strut. The casters are available in both swivel and rigid version. ER Wagner Haydock Casters Business Unit Introduces Inverted Cargo Casters
Haydock Casters is pleased to announce the addition of an Inverted Cargo Caster line. Wheel options for the cargo casters are 2 ¾” and 2 9/32” diameter High Impact Polyolefin and a 2 ¾” diameter Conductive Center encased by High Impact Polyolefin. The new cargo casters have a load capacity of 375 pounds per caster and come with a finish choice of Black Powder Coat, Yellow Zinc Dichromate, or Clear Zinc Finish. The conductive center option is a first in the industry moving away from traditional grounded metal wheels. These conductive wheels also function particularly well in all climates. There are two mounting options, an oval or a rectangular plate. Please contact the factory for mounting dimensions. All casters are available with or without a toe guard and have sealed swivel bearings. When inverted these casters are ideal for conveyor type applications, or they can be used in regular material handling applications.

New Product at Haydock Casters
Haydock is proud to present a new and unique product called the W9 Series Roto-Fix. This is a self-attaching caster that fits into a defined opening. The overall height is a mere ¾” and the load rating is 165 lbs. each. This caster is capable of giving the customer one of the lowest overall heights in the industry. In order to install this caster you need to drill a hole 3-3/8” in diameter. No other tools are required. Push the caster through the hole and the self-attaching spring steel grabs the surrounding material and holds tight without the aid of any screws. Time consuming alignment is completely unnecessary and installation is a snap. Thanks to Roto-Fix’s symmetrical design, it fits in the opening on the first try every time.

Haydock Moves
As part of the Haydock Casters Business Unit’s ongoing efforts to reduce costs and improve the overall effectiveness of its operation, it is in the process of moving the distribution center and assembly operation to Iron Ridge, WI. This move will allow Haydock Casters to draw on the resources of, and work more closely with the E.R. Wagner Manufacturing Company’s Casters and Wheels Business Unit which also utilizes part of the facility. The goal of this move is to improve overall performance of the Haydock Casters business unit, making it even more competitive in the market place. It is expected this move will be completed by the end of June, 2006.
