Years ago, when manufacturers needed precision tubular components for their products, fabrication and machining were the only truly viable options. But those processes had significant drawbacks: long lead times, high start-up costs, and a significantly higher per-part cost to the end user. Wrapped components were available for less, but the technology had not yet made it possible to meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Today, E.R. Wagner Engineered Products' customers realize that our rolled components can meet their critical tolerances more effectively. Thanks to proprietary, pioneering technology - including unique tooling and equipment processes - tolerances of our rolled components are in line with those of drawn tubing. At a much lower cost.

In addition, we also supply interlock and finger-locked seamed tubular components, as well as cut, machined, and formed tubing. If our vast combination of tools does not meet a specific need, we are happy to work closely with a customer to create a custom component that meets that need. In fact, we encourage customers to involve us early as they design and develop new products.
